Strategic Accounts Director
John McGinnis has over 20 years of experience in drug development, product launch, and post-marketing products working with multiple Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology companies in varying therapeutic areas. Starting his career as research bench scientists discovering new enzymatic pathways and identifying potential drug candidates, he followed the progress of drug development as a clinical scientist and the continued through to launching a product and post-marketing education within the medical affairs realm. As a clinical scientist he developed and lead numerous global clinical programs in respiratory, pulmonology, rare disease, endocrinology, and osteoporosis therapeutic areas from Phase II to regulatory submissions. He discovered his true passion working with external opinion leaders gathering insights, identifying learning gaps and strategizing the next steps for medical education and data generation as a director of Medical Affairs.
John has extensive experience in engagement solutions such as: publication planning, advisory committee execution, launch education and training, and grant review. His logical thinking, data gathering, and ability to think “out of the box” provides a unique blend of strategic analyses to help excel any project.
